Refund Policy

At Skinx Spa, we are committed to providing exceptional service and personalized care to every client. To ensure a smooth experience for both our team and our valued guests, we’ve outlined the following refund and cancellation policy. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the terms below.

Refunds for Services

All services rendered at Skinx Spa are non-refundable. Our treatments are performed by trained professionals using advanced technology and medical-grade products. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, we encourage you to contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to address your concerns and offer a solution, which may include a complimentary touch-up or alternative treatment, depending on the situation.

Refunds for Retail Products

We accept returns on unopened retail products within 10 days of purchase, provided you have a valid receipt. Products must be in their original packaging and unused. Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or used products are non-refundable. If a product is defective or causes an adverse reaction, please notify us immediately so we can assist you.

Appointment Deposits

To secure your appointment, a $25 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your final service total. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to show up for your appointment. This policy helps us manage our schedule and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for availability.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within this window will retain the deposit and may be rescheduled once. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Repeated last-minute cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings.

No-Shows

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. No-shows disrupt our schedule and prevent other clients from receiving timely care. After one no-show, you may be required to prepay for all future appointments.

Packages & Memberships

All packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. These are offered at discounted rates and are intended for consistent use. If you experience a medical condition that prevents you from continuing treatments, please provide documentation and we will assess your situation individually.

Policy Updates

Skinx Spa reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and communicated via email or in person.
