What if I don't use my treatment one month?
Life happens. Your unused monthly treatment rolls forward so nothing is ever wasted — book it when it suits you.
Can I switch or pause?
Yes. You can move up a tier any time, and we'll work with you on a pause for travel or health reasons. Just talk to us.
Is there a joining fee?
No joining fee. You pay your first month and you're in — your first treatment can be booked the same week.
Why 12 months for skin but 6 for laser?
Skin results come from consistency, so the Skin Club is a year of monthly care. Laser is a finite course — six monthly sessions clears most areas, so the Laser Club matches that.
Do the premium microneedling upgrades count?
The Radiance tier includes a regular microneedling as your monthly treatment. Salmon DNA (PDRN) and Exosome upgrades keep their normal price — but members always get 15% off them.
