Policies & procedures

Our policies are designed to ensure a smooth, relaxing experience for every client at SKINX SPA. We appreciate your understanding — and look forward to welcoming you.

Cancellations

  • Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Late changes may result in a fee or loss of the session.
  • Contact us by phone or email — DMs are not accepted for cancellations.

No-Shows

  • Missed appointments without notice are considered no-shows.
  • A $50 fee or forfeited deposit will apply.
  • Three no-shows may result in cancellation of your package.

Arrival Guidelines

  • New clients: please arrive 15 minutes early.
  • Returning clients: please arrive 10 minutes early.
  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.

Deposits & Payments

  • A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to book.
  • Packages must be paid in full.
  • We accept cash, card, and e-transfer. Taxes apply.

Consent Forms

  • All clients must complete a consent form before their first treatment.
  • Forms must be updated annually or with any medical changes.
  • Photos are taken at each visit to track your progress.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Services are non-refundable but can be exchanged.
  • Promotions are final sale.
  • Unopened products may be returned within 7 days.

Valuables & Gratuities

  • Please avoid bringing valuables — we are not responsible for lost items.
  • Gratuities are not included, but are always appreciated.

Laser Hair Removal — Shaving Policy

  • Please shave 24 hours before your appointment.
  • For facial areas, shave only visible coloured hairs.
  • If shaving is needed at the spa: small area $25, large area $50 — subject to time availability.
